Internet4Change is a project under development by the folks at Evolutionize It, to create a system for encouraging global grassroots development collaboration.  Our long term plans include an i4c certification program for local agents who learn to facilitate global webbed collaboration between changemakers, as well as the establishment of physical i4c agencies dedicated to the production of globally interactive local content.
