Participation in an i4c
learning team involves working on group projects that explore practical
uses of various online tools, for empowering community groups and their
individual members.
Learning teams meet 2x
weekly for 2.5 hours of discussion and instruction. Project assignments
require an additional 2-4 hours per week of online work outside of the
classroom, which can be completed independently at any webcafe. Coaching and peer
learning is facilitated online.
The first ever i4c Agent
Certification Exam will take place mid-December 2006. Those who pass will
gain independent access to i4c webspace and WE Network advertising opportunities to use for
private clients outside the LiA community. |
New i4c learning teams will
be forming at the WE Center Kampala in September 2006.
